This Is How Salman Khan Helped Kapil From Ending ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’

Last month, the world witnessed one of the worst fights in the history of Indian television. The ugly spat between Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover, a month back affected their show the most. Results weren’t good and the show’s ratings witnessed a heavy fall.

Apart from that, Sunil Grover, who can be termed as the heart and soul of Kapil’s show, decided to leave. Along with him, other cast members also left the show. Everyone blamed Kapil for it and so the show had a to face many bad days.

Here is a good news for The Kapil Sharma Show’s fans – the show is not going off the air and all thanks to Bollywood’s Bhaijaan.

From the past many days we have been hearing rumors about Kapil’s show going off the air due to heavy decline in the TRPs. But it turns out that the rumors are just rumors after all. Earlier, Sony had given a one-month ultimatum to Kapil Sharma for sorting out things. But now because of Sallu Bhai, he has received a two months extension.

How this became possible?

Salman Khan’s upcoming show Dus Ka Dum which was also a replacement for The Kapil Sharma’s Show is going to be postponed now. The reason behind is that the host Salman Khan isn’t available owing to his hectic schedule.

Currently, the star is busy promoting his upcoming move Tubelight and after that, he has to wrap up the shooting of Tiger Zinda Hai. The star is quite busy and this gave Kapil some more time to handle the situation.

An insider from the show said, “Last week’s TRPs went up to nearly 4 million impressions from 3.4 million the week before. As its peak, the show garnered an average six million impressions. The recent Arjun Kapoor- Shraddha Kapoor episode evoked a positive response. We will have to wait and watch for at least a fortnight if the upward trend continues. We can’t write Kapil’s show off just yet.”

According to a source, Dus Ka Dum has been postponed to January 2018.
