This year and the next promises to be no less exciting with the below line up, take a look at the 7 movies of the Khans we are looking forward to:

1. Fan

2. Raees

The film yet again starring Shahrukh Khan created much buzz when the trailer sneak preview was released just before the release of Salman Khan’s Bajrangi Bhaijan. The film also has Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Pakistani actress Mahira Khan in leading roles. The film is set in Gujarat and shows SRK as the bootlegger who is sly and aggressive in hisbusiness only to be busted by a cop. Set for an Eid release in 2016, the movie has been pitted in direct competition with Salman’s Sultan scheduled for a similar release.

After their initial collaboration in movies such as Maine Pyar Kiye and Hum Apke Hain Kaun that were super hits of their time, Salman and direct Sooraj Barjatya have once again come together in the love family drama Prem Ratan Dhan Payothat also stars Sonam Kapoor as the leading lady. Salman plays the role of a king and it is a refreshing break from his recent action movies. The movie is scheduled for a Novemeber 2015 release.

4. Phantom

The movie starring Saif Ali Khan and Katrina Kaif talks about Indian outfits in the sly trying to combat terrorism and corruption. The first look of the movie is promising, especially that of Katrina Kaif who looks rather stunning. It is set for 28th August 2015 release.

The much-awaited film that will bring together the most loved on-screen couple Kajol and Shahrukh Khan also stars Varun Dhawan and Kriti Sanon. How many of you are simply looking forward to seeing the magical duo Kajol and SRK together and does it bring back memories of DDLJ!?

6. Sultan

Salman Khan’s movies are such that they gather much hype and attention even if they are a year away. Sultan is Salman’s 2016 Eid release and is already much talked about despite Bajrangi Bhaijan still enjoying success.  Pitted against Raees the film Sultan, which is also scheduled for Eid release in 2016 is based on a wrestler’s life and struggles.

7. Dangal

Amir Khan is known to pick his films with great care and choose quality over quantity, which is why we are excited about his one film Dangal, a biographical sports drama based on the life of wrestler Mahavir Singh Phogat who set anexample by teaching the skill to his two daughters. Definitely one that we cannot afford to miss! The film is set for December 2016 release.
