Bollywood’s favorite girl next door Shraddha Kapoor is leaving no stone unturned to promote her movie Half Girlfriend. Mohit Suri’s movie Half Girlfriend has hit the theaters on May 19. And as expected the movie is doing pretty good job at the Box office.
Few days back the actress was rumored to be in an intimate relationship with the rock on actor Farhan Akhtar. Moreover, there were rumors that she had packed her bags and was living in with Farhan. Shraddha preferred to maintain her silence on this. However, Shakti Kapoor rubbished all of them.

Now she has also indirectly said that she is not seeing anyone and is absolutely single. In an interview with Filmfare she said, I’m happy being single and focussing on my work. Agar boyfriend hota toh main distract ho jaati. Right now I don’t feel it’s necessary.”

Ahead of her release, the actress revealed a lot about herself in the interview. There are many things that we didn’t know about her. maybe she isn’t seeing anyone right now and focusing on her career. But Shraddha believes that love can happen anytime.

“Yes, sometimes it’s difficult to give time to a relationship. But I don’t believe it’s impossible. If you want to have a relationship, you will manage to balance it with work,” she added.
She said ,”Earlier, I was like, my man should have a good sense of humour, a sense of adventure. But now I realise that love can happen with anyone, any time, anywhere. And when it happens, I won’t be checking for those qualities in him. Because when you connect with someone, that’s all that matters.”

When asked if she has ever been a possessive girlfriend, she said, “Yes, I have been one. However, I would prefer not to be a possessive sweetheart any longer. I need to offer space to that individual. Enable them to do what they need.”

Well, that was not expected. Shraddha also revealed that unlike her roles that she played, she isn’t much open up to people. She is a shy person and feels uncomfortable with her friends.

Shraddha said, “I am shy. I’m not a people’s person. When I attend film parties, I don’t know what to do, what to say. Half the time I don’t know if I should even attend those parties. I feel comfortable with my close friends from school and college. I can talk to them nonstop as with my family. I am an extrovert with people I know well. Also, I’m basically a sentimental person.”
