From last few days rumors are rife that The Kapil Sharma Show is going off air. Salman Khan’s reality show Dus Ka dum is going to replace Kapil’s show. But the insiders of channel has deemed them as baseless rumors.

It is true that Salman Khan is returning with Dus Ka Dum. But his show won’t replace The Kapil Sharma Show. Recently Kapil’s show completed its 100 episodes. Although his show is battling hard for viewership but Sony Channel is not ready to let off the show.

The Kapil Sharma Show was one of the most popular comedy shows of the Indian television. After Sunil and Kapil’s fallout the TRP of the show has fallen down drastically. However, this doesn’t mean that the channel is ready to give up on the show.

Even with the falling TRP the show is in Top 15 shows of the Indian television. The show is surrounded with so many negative controversies following Sunil’s exit. Even then it has managed to be in Top 20 list. So amidst all this it’s not a bad score. Is it?

They are proactively trying to bring Sunil Grover back to the show. Since his fallout, Sunil has been receiving numerous offers from different channels. However, Sunil is contract-bound with the channel.

Now coming to Salman’s Dus Ka Dum show from which he debuted as an anchor in the Indian television. The show’s first season came in 2008 followed with its second season in 2009. Now Sony Entertainment is coming back with its third season after long 8 years.
