Online conversations have replaced personal meetings. People chat online on Facebook and Whatsapp and sometimes end up getting into trouble. Nowadays it has become very risky to talk to random people on the Internet. Facebook often asks you if you know the person you are befriending on the social media.
This is a cautious warning and one must heed it. Well, sometimes, things turn out the wrong way and we end up falling into a puddle. The incident cited below is definitely an eye-opener for all those people who still prefer conversations with random people.
The Cyber Crime Branch recently caught a wanted gang who trick people and rob them off all their money and other valuables. The incident took place in Indore. This gang targets young, rich boys. The woman who deludes them is 19-year-old Komal.
This girl makes rich friends and fools them by chatting with them frequently and persuade them to meet her at a decided place.
The leader of this gang is China Thakur, who has a number of murder cases registered against him. Prior to joining his gang, these girls were promised a secure catering job. But it is not so.
Here are some incidents-
Her first target was a guy named Manish. He began conversing with her on Whatsapp, after which she asked him to meet. Manish, accompanied by a friend, went to meet her at Lavkush Steet. Komal was already waiting there with her friend. Meanwhile, the girls started talking to Manish and his friend, one of the gang members drove away Manish’s car. Soon after he lodged a complaint with the Satvas police station.
Same incident happened with Harshdeep Jain. Since he didn’t have a car, she robbed him of ATM cards, purse, rings and 2 mobile phones.

Currently, the police got hold of Komal (19) along with China Singh Thakur (19) and Arjun. 6 more suspects went missing from the scene.
